Event format: 
The Winter Workshop on Complex Systems gathers young researchers from all over the world for discussing and working on complexity science. The main goal of the event is to engage participants in novel research projects.

Apart from extensive work during the workshop, WWCS projects are often continued afterwards. Scientific contact network built during the workshop can last for years. The upcoming event in Zakopane will be the 5th edition of the WWCS. Previous workshops were organised in BelgiumSpainSerbia and Netherlands.
