Centre d’Économie de la Sorbonne (CES) is a CNRS research center (UMR 8174) of the University Paris 1, created in 2006 by a fusion of laboratories CERMSEM, EUREQua, MATISSE, ROSES and TEAM. It is hosted by the Maison des Sciences Economiques.

CES has close to 100 teaching and research staff members and over 130 Ph.D. students. CES is devoted to both theoretical and empirical economic research at its highest level. Its researchers are renowned economists trained in the best French and international universities.
